Jason Spisak is an American actor and voice artist born on April 18, 1973, in Fairmont, West Virginia. He trained at West Virginia University and has built an extensive career in voice acting for animation, video games, and audiobooks.

Spisak voices Silco in the Netflix animated series Arcane (2021), delivering a critically acclaimed performance as the ruthless crime lord of the undercity of Zaun whose complex relationship with Jinx forms one of the show's emotional cores. Despite Silco not existing in the League of Legends game, the character became a fan favorite largely due to Spisak's performance.
