Kieran Kyle Culkin is an American actor born on September 30, 1982, in New York City, New York. The younger brother of Macaulay Culkin, he began acting as a child, appearing in Home Alone (1990) and Father of the Bride (1991). He continued acting through his teens and into adulthood, earning critical acclaim for his indie work.

Culkin delivered a career-defining performance as Roman Roy, the sardonic, emotionally stunted youngest son of the Roy family, in the HBO drama Succession (2018-2023). His layered portrayal of Roman's bravado masking deep insecurity earned him a Primetime Emmy Award for Outstanding Lead Actor in a Drama Series for the final season and a Golden Globe Award.
