Sarah Gray Rafferty is an American actress born on December 6, 1972, in New Canaan, Connecticut. She studied English and theater at Hamilton College and earned an MFA from the Yale School of Drama. She built her early career through theater and television guest roles.

Rafferty is best known for playing Donna Paulsen in the USA Network legal drama Suits (2011-2019). Her portrayal of Harvey Specter's fiercely loyal and indispensable secretary, who eventually rises to become COO of the firm, was a fan favorite throughout the series.
