Steven Yeun is a Korean-American actor born on December 21, 1983, in Seoul, South Korea. He immigrated to the United States as a child and studied at Kalamazoo College, where he became involved in improv comedy.

Yeun gained fame as Glenn Rhee in The Walking Dead (2010-2016) before transitioning to a celebrated film career. He earned an Academy Award nomination for Best Actor for Minari (2020), becoming the first Asian American to be nominated in that category. He also stars as Mark Grayson in the animated series Invincible and appeared in Jordan Peele's Nope (2022).
