Character Arc
Itsuomi Nagi is the worldly, multilingual love interest of A Sign of Affection. A friend of Yuki's classmates, he speaks several languages, loves to travel, and approaches the world with an easygoing confidence and genuine curiosity about other people. From the moment he meets Yuki, he is captivated not by sympathy but by fascination, drawn to how she perceives and engages with the world around her.
Rather than expecting Yuki to bridge the gap alone, Itsuomi takes it upon himself to start learning sign language, signaling early on that he is willing to meet her where she is.
