Character Arc
Oleg is a quick-witted, perpetually scheming entrepreneur from Zagreb, the kind of operator who can sell a dream before he has worked out how to pay for it. When a mysterious client offers serious money for a specialized turbine, Oleg seizes on the half-abandoned factory in a remote town as the vehicle for his comeback, dragging his reluctant cousin Nikola along as the technical brains behind the gamble.
As the project takes shape, Oleg becomes the engine and the trouble of the whole enterprise. His charm rallies the old workers back to the line, but his evasions about where the money comes from, and what the buyer really wants, steadily erode the trust he needs to keep the factory running. He is a man who genuinely wants to build something, yet cannot stop cutting corners to do it.
