Nezuko is Tanjiro's beloved younger sister, a warm and responsible girl whose life is upended when a demon attack leaves her transformed into a demon herself. Bound by a bamboo muzzle and sustained by sleep rather than human blood, she becomes a walking contradiction, a monster who fiercely refuses to harm humans.
