Character Arc
Tuesday is the runaway daughter of Valerie Simmons, a wealthy and ambitious politician on Mars. Sheltered and naive at the start, she flees her family's mansion with little more than her late grandmother's acoustic guitar and a suitcase, determined to become a musician despite having no idea how to survive on her own. Her sincerity and wide-eyed wonder make her instantly endearing even as her inexperience gets her into trouble.
Her partnership with Carole becomes the engine of her growth. Tuesday blossoms as a songwriter, channeling her loneliness and longing into lyrics, and gradually develops the resilience she lacked at home. The contrast between her privileged upbringing and Carole's hardscrabble life fuels both friction and deep mutual respect, and Tuesday learns that her sheltered past does not disqualify her from earning her place through genuine effort.
As the season progresses, Tuesday must confront her family directly, especially as her mother's political career and her brother Spencer's choices pull her back toward the world she fled. By the finale she has matured from a runaway dreamer into a confident artist and partner, having proven to herself and her family that her music, and her friendship with Carole, are entirely her own.
