About Kitz

Set in the glittering Austrian ski resort of Kitzbuhel, Kitz follows Lisi Madlmeyer, a sharp working-class local who waits tables and dreams of fashion school while the town fills each winter with wealthy vacationers from Munich. A year after her older brother dies in a car crash, Lisi is convinced the privileged clique he ran with is hiding the truth about what happened that night.

To get close to the answers, Lisi engineers her way into the inner circle of Vanessa von Hoehenfeldt, a polished social-media influencer who rules the in-crowd, and Vanessa's boyfriend Dominik Reid. Posing as a friend rather than the grieving sister she is, Lisi navigates a world of designer parties and casual cruelty, where the gap between those who serve and those who are served defines who gets to walk away clean.

Across six tightly wound episodes, the series cuts between the glamorous present and the night of the crash, slowly peeling back loyalties, secrets, and the cost of revenge. As Lisi burrows deeper into the lives of the people she blames, the line between infiltrator and insider blurs, and she must decide how much of herself she is willing to lose to learn the truth.
