About Toradora!
Toradora! follows Ryuuji Takasu, a kindhearted high school student whose sharp, intimidating eyes make classmates wrongly assume he is a delinquent. On the first day of his second year, he crosses paths with Taiga Aisaka, a tiny but ferocious girl nicknamed the Palmtop Tiger for her short temper and willingness to fight anyone who annoys her. After an awkward and explosive first encounter, the two discover that each secretly has a crush on the other's best friend.
Realizing they can help one another, Ryuuji and Taiga strike an unlikely alliance. Ryuuji agrees to support Taiga in winning over his easygoing friend Yusaku Kitamura, while Taiga promises to help Ryuuji get closer to her cheerful best friend Minori Kushieda. As Taiga practically moves into the apartment next door and relies on Ryuuji for cooking and cleaning, their scheme draws in friends and rivals alike, creating a chaotic and very funny everyday routine.
What begins as a simple matchmaking pact slowly grows into something deeper and more honest. Over a school year filled with culture festivals, a beachside trip, Christmas, and a snowy class outing, the characters are forced to confront jealousy, family wounds, and feelings they cannot quite name.
