About Marry My Husband
Marry My Husband (Korean title Naeui Nampyeongwa Gyeolhonhaejwo) is a 2024 South Korean fantasy romance that aired on tvN and streamed internationally on Prime Video. Adapted from a popular web novel and webtoon, it follows Kang Ji-won, a long-suffering office worker who has spent years putting everyone ahead of herself. After a terminal diagnosis and a devastating double betrayal by the two people closest to her, she is mysteriously given a second chance, waking up ten years in the past with full memory of the life she lived.
Armed with the knowledge of what is to come, Ji-won resolves to redirect her grim fate rather than repeat it. She returns to her workplace at food company U and K determined to undo old mistakes, protect herself, and steer the betrayals meant for her away from her own future. At her side is Yu Ji-hyuk, a reserved marketing manager whose quiet attentiveness toward Ji-won hints that he may understand far more about her situation than he lets on.
Blending workplace comedy, do-over fantasy, and a slow-burn romance, the series became one of the breakout K-dramas of early 2024, drawing strong ratings in Korea and a large international audience. Praised for Park Min-young's central performance and its satisfying reversals of fortune, Marry My Husband turned the second-chance premise into a crowd-pleasing story about reclaiming your own happiness.
