About Healer

Healer follows Seo Jung-hu, a highly skilled illegal night courier who operates under the codename Healer. Equipped with advanced surveillance gear, the support of a sharp hacker handler, and formidable hand-to-hand combat skills, he will take on almost any job for the right price. His only rule is that he will not kill. Working alone and trusting no one, Jung-hu plans to earn enough money to buy a remote island and disappear from a world that has only ever let him down.

His carefully guarded isolation begins to crack when a new assignment connects him to Chae Young-shin, a relentlessly optimistic reporter at a second-rate tabloid news site who dreams of becoming a legendary journalist. To get close to her, Jung-hu adopts the bumbling alias Park Bong-soo, hiding his lethal competence behind a clumsy, cowardly persona. As the two grow closer, the lighthearted disguise becomes harder to maintain, and Young-shin's buried past as a missing child draws both of them into danger.

Tying their stories together is Kim Moon-ho, a celebrated broadcast journalist haunted by a decades-old tragedy involving a group of idealistic young friends. As Moon-ho digs into a long-buried conspiracy, the fates of the three leads converge around a hidden truth that powerful people will do anything to keep secret. Created by veteran screenwriter Song Ji-na, Healer blends propulsive action, slow-burn romance, and political intrigue into one of the most beloved Korean dramas of its era.
