About Love Scout
Love Scout (Korean title Wae Oh Soo-jae?) is a 2025 South Korean romantic comedy that aired on SBS and streamed internationally on Disney+. The series centers on Kang Ji-yoon, a brilliant and fiercely driven chief executive who runs a leading headhunting firm. Ji-yoon excels at reading talent and closing high-stakes recruitment deals, but she is famously hopeless at the ordinary tasks of everyday life, from cooking and tidying to remembering basic self-care, leaving her dependent on the people around her to keep her world running.
Everything shifts when she hires Yoo Eun-ho, a warm, hyper-capable secretary who manages her schedule, her office, and her domestic chaos with calm precision. Eun-ho is also a devoted single father, balancing the demands of his job with raising his young child. As the two work side by side, the drama plays on a reverse-gender workplace dynamic in which the composed, nurturing assistant supports the powerful but socially awkward boss, and a tender romance gradually develops between them.
